Three patients with syndrome of the hypothenar mallous were studied through non invasive diagnostic methods and subjected to hand arteriographies, where trombosis of the cubital artery, non arganic lesion and traumatic aneurysm were respectively found. They were treated successfully. The first patients was treated with vasodilators and anaesthetic blockings havin good response. The second one was treated in the same way and afterwards the presence of organic lesion in the vessels of the hand was not detected. The third one overwent an aneurysmectomy with ligation af the arterial sector affected, without any sequelae after this procedure.
