Abstract

A case of subacute arsenical intoxication produced by the intake of this substance with suicide purpose is studied. The most relevant signs and symptoms and diagnostic criteria of them are presented? guidelines for the treatment with dimecaprol (BAL) and the good results obtained in our patient are stressed.
