A bibliographical review was performed on classification and control of the infantile tuberculosis, taking into account the nedds of learning doctors have in this field. All confounding aspects that can be an obstacle for the performance of action plans aimed at the control and elimination of this disease are carefully analyzed. This disease is considered a lash for humanity.
