A 65 years -old patient is studied.He presented a tumour in the right frontal sinus with clinical characteristics of a mucocele; the usefulness of the A.C.T is stressed for the diagnosis and determination of the exact relationships of the tumour with neighbour structures, specially the orbital content and the anterior cerebral fossa. In this type of tumour the specific technique of treatment used, is the correct one for assuring the total exeresis of the tumour without causing aesthetic disorders in the patient.
