Author's points of view about the current situation of bioethics from the psychiatry reflection angle are stated? and also how this concept may vary with time and space. Moreover, the need of dealing with bioethics within the Psychiatry Textbooks'content is also presented? and how changes in the mental health politics focused in the community bring about ethics considerations of new type.
