Abstract

In the last few years, it has been proved that endothelial dysfunction is maybe the most important element among those that participate in the beginning and ending of atherosclerosis. Is this study, a bibliographic review of the role of free radicals of oxygen and of oxidative stress in the occurrence of an endothelial dysfunction and relationships with atherosclerosis.
