We studied a 26 years­old, mestee woman who wokrs in Education. She attended to our miltidisciplinary service of Martin Chang Puga Hospital for an anterosuperior dentoalveolar deformity and she wanted to improve her aesthetic by any way. In the interview and physical examination we observe after the early phsicometric analysis that the patient had a great psychosocial affection whit repercussion on her persunality. She had vestibular version of superior teeth and central diastem, so we decided to perform her surgical intervention. For correcting her deformity and aesthetic.
