Motivated by the hig number of patients who attended to Periodontology Consultations for inadequate treament and dignosis of acute herpetic gingivoestomatitis, with the following complications and torpid evolutions, we carried out a medical literature al review related with this topic? and current guidelines of dignosis are stressed, with the aim of improving the quality of primary care assistence in the infant population.
