The study was aimed at Knowing the prevalence of the obstructive peripheric arterial disease which was presented clinically in the 44, 35. It represented an important risk factor for the diabetic foot as well as its relationship with the main risk factors of the macrovascular Arterial Disease : period of Evolution of Diabetes, Arterial hypertension, which was prover in our study. Thus, we consider that the improvement of the diagnostic and adequate treatment of the diabetec foot as chronic complication of diabetes in its clinical ischemic form depends, at a good extent on the early and adequate recognition and menagement of the factors studied.
