With the of studing the anatomic structureof the hepatic extraorganic plexus in man, a cross sectional study was performed in sample composed of 10 anatomic blocks of human specie . These were disected through macro-micro-disection method of Vorobiov. When analyzing the anatomic pieces it was of complexity concluded that the hepatic plexus has high level of complexity due to the mixed form of distribution, characterized by presence of many nervous branches of different gange with abundant nad short interconnection which give a net aspect, having or not ganglionic component. This brought about morphofunctional changes throughout evolution and development. As to composition and in correspondence with the type of dsitribution, the fibrillary component prevailed the number of nerves reached an X= 11, 5± 2.Their diameter ranged between0.4 ± 0, 19 and 1, 26 ± 0. 47 mm. The presence of hepatic ganglio was observed in 40% of disections; unique in the there cases, situated towards the dorsal zone of the exact hepatic artery and double in one case, ventrally to such artery. The celiac plexus directty and vagus and major splancnic nerves indirectly participate as source of formation of the hepatic plexus. The plurality of anatomic variants in the structure of the hepatic plexus was shown, and its particular knowledge is applied in the medical practice.
