The so called tropical countries generally have very poor epidemiologic and hygienic conditions as well as limitted medical services. This motivates professionals of other latitudes to work in such countries in which we suddenly face unusual manifestations of some parasitic diseases. In this srudy, we tried to present our experience of five years of work in Nigeria, Africa, where we had the opportunity of observing some of these renal manfestation of parasitic diseases, so we had the idea of performing a bibliographic review that may help in certain dgree, other professionals with smilar condition, also present an update guide of management and understanding of such entities which finally would bring about a better treatment of those patientes suffering it.
