A study of 341 diabetic patients know in the health ares of Ignacio Agramonte Camagüey Municipality was performed, determining the presence of risk factors of the Diabetic foot which were clasissified by use int he following groups: macroangiopahics, microangiopathics, neuropathisc, predisposing to infection, and the last one group considered as external. In all cases, generally we found high frecuency of each one of them in the group of patients studied. They constituted a pontential risk of acquisition of the disease, so tit is extremely necessary to desing and apply. Intervention strategies which allow positive modifications of conditions for the ocurrence of this disease carrying out an early diagnosis and a proper prevention.
