Sexual activity is complex and diverse in its ways of manifesting. Bat the great majority of persons know differenciate a normal sexual behavior from the abnormal one. The person who suffers for sexual inclination disroders or parafilia depending on the diagnostic system used, is contnously interfered in his activities and responsabilities by the ideas of reaching sexual satisfaction. A review is made about disorders of the sexual inclination and concepts updated on the topic according to the International classification of mental disorders and of behavior (CIE-10) and the Manual y Statistics and Diagnosis of Mental Disorders DSM-IV. A case in which various disorders coincide is presented and it is registred as non-frequent in the literature.
