A study of 44 patients admitted in the Chemology Service of Manuel Ascunce Domenech Provincial teaching Hospital was carried out. The early diagnosis was dermohypodermic or pure hypodermic burns which finally needed skin graff. The homografted patienst of donors with similarity of the sanguineous group and RH and crossed- positive test; skin obtained from postsurgical residual of interventions of the homograft was analized on 7, 14, 21,30,60 and 90 postsurgical days. Data obtained were processed in an IBM microcomputer compatible by the statistic package MICOSTAT. Greater durability was evidenced in the seizure of the homografts in the gruop of crossed-negative tests, having a half-life of 40,5455 days.
