A study of 50 patients carriers of peripheric vertiginous syndrome diagnosed in "Dr. Octavio de la Concepción y de la Pedraja"Military Hospital of Camagüey, was carried out. The study universe was divided into two groups of patients of 25 cases each one. The first group was applied a treatment schedule with acupuncture and similar techniques, and a second schedule was reserved with these techniques for those who did not resolve and in the second group (the 25 remaing) their disease was treated with conventional schedules for this type of affection. An etiologic diagnosis was practiced in are patiens.The results obtained showed that with the use of acupuncture and similar techniques the results were encouraging for this affection 40%, that is, 10 patients improved, 52% (13 patients) compesated and only 8% (2 patients) in the same evolution.
