A patient with an iniatial picture of abdominal pain, cholic type, vomiting diarrhea and fever is presented. He evolued to an occlusal, intestinal syndrome, and was surgically intervened . A tumor at the ileum level was found, confirming a diagnosis of ileum adenocarcinoma. After surgical resection and medical treatment, he evolued succesfully.
