A patient with gastric bizarre leiomyoma, bening rare tumor although it presents as any tumor of digestive tract, of difficult preoperatory diagnosys and poor symptomatology, is presented. The patient had high digestive bleending . Histologically, it is a diagnostic challenge for pathologists because it is difficult to differentiate as benign or malignant process, so we recommend an extensive exeretic procedure performing hemigasttrectomy and antecholic gastrojejunostomy. Our patient has remained asymptomatic during one year of clinical and radiological follow-up.
