The incidence on non-Hodgkin s limphomas (NHL) in patients infected with inmunodeficience virus (HIV) is relatively high -However., there have been new reports on the clinical and histopathological features on oral manifestations on NHL in these patients. Primary cheek involoment by extranodal is rare. We present one case of extranodal lymphoma that requieres surgical treatment hor the diagnosis.
