It was proved that both drugs were effective in the treatment of this affection. Among the humoral parameters assessed, glomerular filtration showed increase of its values with statistic significance for both drougs, while proteinuria of 24 hours did not have significant variations. Drug adverse reactions with the use of Enalapril were fatigue and cephalea for 20 % and 10 % respectively. All these reactions were transiet and did not force to discontinue therapy.
