A descriptive longitudinal study in 35 children of third year life was caried out for assessing their nutritional status through anthropometric tecniques and determining the behavior of age-weight, age- height, and also performing measurements of the cephalic and and cutaneous flap (biccipital, triccipital, subscapsular). With data obtained through a survey, we conclude that the great majority of cases corresponded to the categories: overweight, not necessarily obese and high normal nutrition who received unique breastfeeding until the fourth month of life.
