A retrospective research was carried out with a study universe composed of 36 patients who had domiciliary admision, they belong to the health clinic # 3 of Family Physician Plan, at Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz Polyclinic wthin the period from january 1st to september 30 th, 199. It was found that the most frequent age for domiciliary admissions was that of years most of patients of the sample studied. Non-tolerance to Ecil milk predominated as a cardinal cause in 11 patients, acute respiratory infections and acute diarrheic diseases followed in frequency. Evolution was successful for 35 patients (79, 30 %) and non- successful in only one case. With these domiciliary admissions, 7825, 59 pesos were saved.
