The samples of each patient were syudied toking a two months stage sensibilization perecentage, specificity (with and without the use of the reducing agent Dithiotreitol, through cross-tests) was estimated and it was correlated with the transfusions number. Non respondent prevailed. Groups were formed: maintenance, diminution, disappearance and increase of the sensibilization perecentage when applying Dithiotreitol. Patients with more than 20 transfusions presented high sensibilization percentage and greater sensibilization againts antigens B7, B12 and A2.
