A patient with Raynaud's phenomenum that preceded in years the apparition of a gastric neoplasm is presented. Some aspects of pathophysiology and clinical findings in vascular disease that may be associated with neoplasms, as well as different form and mechanisms most important in their production, are stressed, such as coagulation disorders, toxic substances of tumoral origin, autoimmune mechanisms, among others. We consider that these knowledges are important for the possibility of early diagnosis of occult neoplasms and also because early diagnosis of these processes may increase right and rapid treatment for the benefit of ill subjects.
