Abstract

Sutton`s disease know also as recurrent necrotic mucosal aphthous cicatricial stomatitis, it consists in drep ulcerations which always create scars that may cause mutilation or deformities in the affected zone, with a higher incidence in the femenine sex, although it is less common. A patient with this affection is pressented, its clinical, histologic characteristics differential diagnosis and treatment are emphasiged concluding, if there is doubt with the diagnosis, biopsy will be performed before estabishing treatment which may be directed mainly to the elimination of the cause that is unknow but their relationship with nervous disorders is accepted; so we recomended a psychiatric consultation.
