A bibliographic review about fractures of radial cupula in the child was carried out. The objective of this work is to update this topic based on new works publishedin international bibliographies, making emphasis in the production mechanism, classifications and principles in the treatment the importance of this work is that it warns about this type of fracture, its presence with devastating consequences if they are not diagnosed. Also, it presents a variety of treatments which are not abundant in the bibliography.
