Abstract

SERRANO GONZALEZ, Luisa María; BACALLAO CABRERA, Iris  and  TAMAYO GONZALEZ, Esther. Comparative study of the anatomic structure of the hepatic plexus in the species: dog an man. AMC [online]. 2002, vol.6, suppl.2, pp.803-812. ISSN 1025-0255.

A cross sectional study was performed in a sample composed of 30 anatomic blocks of species (dog and man) with the aim of studying comparatively the anatomic structure of the hepatic plexus. Pieces were dissected through the macro-microdissection Vorobiov method. In the dog, it was observed the diffuse was of plexus distribution, while man manifested in a mixed way. The main direct source of formation found was the celiac plexus, for both, species and it was complemented with the participation of others as intermesenteric plexus, major splenetic nerve and the posterior vagus trunk. As to variants, variability of the neurofibrilar component and presence or not of the ganglionic, were related to formation sources.
