With the advance of new surgical tecniques for glaucoma., the use of antimatabolites has began (mitomicine C ) intraoperatorily in the filtration procedures. We carried out a descriptive study o 44 eges operatored of glaucoma with mitomicine C within the period from May to December 2001, at " Manuel Ascunce Domench" Interprovincial Hospital. In over universe femenine sex and white skin prevailed, and most of patients aire older than 40 years. The most frequent complications were the anterior camera flatten in 11,3 %, followed by hypotonic maculopathy and astigmatison 9,09 %; and with lover incidence the creases of descemet and case of papiledema.
