A descriptive, cross-sectional and restrospective study in a number o 159 patients with 184 tumours and pseudotumoral primary bone lesions in pediatric ages sep to 15 years, was performed.Age group from 6 to years, with 32 % for maculine sex, and 14,1% for femenine, prevailed. Masculine sex wa the most affected with 63,5 %. Metaphysiary areas surrounding the know contituded the most frequent localization with 35,2 % distal metaphysis of the tibia. Osteochondroma prevailed as the most frequent bening tumours with 79,3 %; the most frequent pseudo tumoral was the non ossifying ibroma, with 15,2 %; the osteosarcoma was the most frequent malignant tumor, with 3,2. As regards to biologic behavior of bone tumors.
