A patient with chronic failure followed by a Br . Mollitensis is presented. Epidemiological aspects, laboratory clinical data and other adjuvant methods o diagnosis and finally the treatment assigned to our patient are stressed. Conluding, this entity is not frequent in hospital atmosphere, but is reported by other authors
