A bibliographic review and udapting of the equinovarus foot was carried out. The objective of this work is to deepen into new diagnostic techniques and conservative treatment proposed by Ponseti, used in this pathology. From the diagnostic point of view; special emphasis is plased on the classification proposed by Dimeglis> Indications for surgical treatment are clearly identified, as well as its modalities. Discharge criterio of this disease are included.
