A case of a tracheal leiomyoma in a four years old girl asisstedat the Provincial Teaching Pediatric Hospital in Camagüey, was presented . This entity is not frequent in the medical practice, so we had the chance to review some interesting aspects of this disease in children, its clinical characteristics, anatomopathology and behavior to follow.
