A 50 years old patient,carrier of kidney adenocarcinoma associated with chronic renal failure ,is presented. Epidemiologic , ,clinic, diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics about this patient are analized. At the same time we review manifestations of this entity, mainly in relation to the etiology of the renal failure due to the rareness of this presentation in renal cancer.
