Acupunctural scheme were used acording to of the tooth, body points: Ig4, Ig20; E3, E4 E5, E6, E7, Id., I8, Vg62, Vc24, Ex Jiaghenjiang were employed. Treatment was ambulatory. After placing the needles the multipurpose equipament-KWD-808 II was used for the stimulation following all requirements for its practice. Good effectiveness in the great majority of patients treated with the use of the local anesthesia it was only 68,.88 % (P= 0.05), so we con clued that acupunctural therapy is highly effective composed with the conventional treatment in the postoperatory of dental extraction.
