Two cases with plunging ranula in young patients. Masculine and white were presented. This type disease is too rare, because its origin is in the salivery glands, specially the sublingual. We pointed out the clinical characteristics, diagnostic means and treatment od this disease, which is always surgical, but by different forms, because there is not uniformity in its pathogenesis.
