Comes true the presentation of a little boy with the diagnosis of methacarpophalangeal luxation of the thumb, to the one that it came true to him closed previous reduction, anesthetize premises, at a later time we placed bandage plastered by a period of evolution of four weeks. The principal objective of this work is to accomplish a revision of this so infrequent disease in the little boy, as well as his importance for the diagnosis and possible roads of treatment.
