A 59 years old patient, with pain in the left lateral flank and ocassions hematuria, was presented: She was assessed in different hospital services with multiple diagnosis, she requested to be moved to Havana city where she was performed left total nephrectomy at the National Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology (NIOR) in the year 2000 with the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. She returned to Camagüey four months later, afterwards she was assisted in the cervix pathology consultation at Ana Betancourt de Mora Hospital; we detected metastasis in the genital tract with a surviving time from six to eight months.
