Abstract

A fifty-six-year-old, white female, health worker, who attended the pathology department of the Ana Betancourt de Mora Provincial Hospital in January 2000 with vulvar Paget's disease is presented. Its clinical and histopathological characteristics and the behavior applied from the surgical point of view stand out. It is made emphasis on the symptomatology and the social impact that represents this entity.
