Abstract

It is reported two patients coming from the same environment with pulmonary histoplasmosis diagnosed by thorax radiography, histopatologic study and culture, characteristics of this disease its fundamental diagnostic means and its therapeutic in the current time. Results obtained were positive with amphotericine B in the dosis indicated by all authors without side-effects.
