A case of toxic epidermal necrolysis is presented. It is an unfrequent disease with high mortality rate in a patient of 13 years old with a body weight of 98 lbs and personal antecedents of acute respiratory infection and administration of Dipirona orally and parenteral (intramuscular) via medical literature review is carried out about toxic epidermal necrolysis; the case is presented and photos are shown.
