This paper reports on a case of a renal mass being tested with computerized sonography and diagnosed as inflammatory kidney pseudotumor, an uncommon disorder. A through review of the literature was necessary before concluding that we were dealing with a tumor that was secondary to a trauma the patient had suffered 15 years back.
