A case of a nine years old boy with the diagnosis of sclerosing chronic Garre’s osteomyelitis was presented with an evolution period of two months, who was admitted in our infant orthophedic and traumatology service needing surgical treatment. Clinical imaging and pathological findings are illustrated and discussed. This occasion is propitious for carrying out a review and updating of this topic since it is an uncommon disease.
