A case of patients with a tumor in the external superior angle of the orbit, for which he received multiple treatments, is presented. Initially, it was interpreted as a local allergic reaction; it did not respond to the habitual therapy. It was reached to a diagnosis of sarcoidosis of the lachrymal gland, which in this patient, event hough it is a systemic disease, it only affected the gland. So, it should be a plan in each patient with a tumor in the lachrymal fossa. It was reported for the unfrequent localization within the ophthalmologic field.
