PILA PEREZ, Rafael et al. Behaviour of renal adenocarcinoma in Camagüey. AMC [online]. 2005, vol.9, n.6, pp.32-43. ISSN 1025-0255.

A descriptive, cross-sectional study about renal adenocarcinoma in our province Camagüey- Cuba was carried out in a series o 101 patients from January 1st 1992 to January 1st, 2002. The diagnosis was based on histopathologic studies of patients surgically intervened and deceased for this entity, as well as imaging exams and lab analysis, which may guide the diagnosis of it. It was insisted in the frequency on which it is presented in the services of Internal Medicine in our hospital. This neoplasia is characterized by varied and specific symptoms so, it is important that this diseased be taken into account either bay family physicians or clinicians urologists, and all specialities that have to do with the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment, including radiologists and oncologists.
