The case of a nine-year-old, femenine patient who suffered a falling on her hand palm with extended elbow was presented. She was diagnosed radius cupule fracture associated with elbow luxation. The patient was performed closed reduction in the operation room. Clinicall and imaging findings are illustrated and discussed.
