Background: A case of primary adenocarcinoma of appendix, an infrequent, is presented. Preoperatory diagnosis is exceptional. Its treatment is controversial, eventhough the majority authors advocate for the right hemicholectomy. Prognosis depends on the extension of the neoplasia at the moments of diagnosis.
