Abstract

Background: Two patients, femenine, of 11 and 15 years old with the diagnosis of occult spinal disraphism with an apparition period of of 18 years from the others, were presented. The progressive presentation form with achroparesthetic disorders of the lower limbs prevailed. Clinical, imaging and pathologic findings are illustrated and discussed, it is the proper occasion for reviewing the topic of an infrequent disease
