HERRERA CRUZ, Niria; PEREZ ESCOBAR, María Mercedes and GUERRERO RODRIGUEZ, María Antonia. Acute renal graft rejection: A five years study. AMC [online]. 2006, vol.10, n.3, pp.92-105. ISSN 1025-0255.
conducted at the Nephrology Service of the Manuel Ascunce Domenech General Hospital, 84 renal biopsies were described histologically through the BANFF Guidelines (1993-995). The incidence of rejection was 66,7 %.The main histologic diagnosis that accompanied acute rejection were acute tubular necrosis in the first month, and chronic neuropathy of graft six month after transplantation. The most frequent variety was degree 1 acute rejection (light rejection) and the highest histologic severity was accompanied by a lesser recovery of the renal function.
