^les^aSe realizó un estudio descriptivo para  determinar el rango de transfusiones involucrado en el carácter de la respuesta de sensibilización en receptores con alelos A1, B8, DR3 y combinaciones. La muestra fue de 71 pacientes con IRCt con alelos A1, B8, DR3, A1B8 o xDR3 (A1DR3, B8DR3 o A1B8DR3), correspondientes a la lista de espera del Programa Nacional de Trasplante Renal en Cuba, en los meses de octubre y noviembre de 2005 en el Hospital Universitario Manuel Ascunce Domenech .Se calculó porcentaje de sensibilización medio actual (PSM) en cada grupo de alelos, para intervalos de 1-10, 11-20 y más de 20 transfusiones. Se consideró no respondedor al PSM de hasta 10 % y respondedor de 11-100 %. En el intervalo de 11-20 transfusiones coincidieron los dos extremos de la respuesta, se halló PSM tipo no respondedor en pacientes con alelos A1B8 (6,1%) y xDR3 (0,0 %), mientras que aquellos con alelos B8 o DR3, mostraron PSM tipo respondedor y significativamente más altos (52,5 % y 56,9 %, respectivamente), que para menores cantidades de transfusiones. Los pacientes menos respondedores se correspondieron con las combinaciones alélicas A1B8 y xDR3, fundamentalmente con 11-20 transfusiones. El carácter respondedor se asocia a los alelos B8 y DR3, generalmente cuando el rango de transfusiones es menor a 10. Estos resultados son útiles para trazar protocolo   transfusional en los pacientes en espera de trasplante según su tipaje HLA.^len^aA descriptive study was conducted from October to November 2005 at the Manuel Ascunce Domenech Provincial Hospital to assess the range of transfusions involved in the character of the sensitivization response in receptors whit A1, B8, DR3 allelomorphs and combinations. For the sample were enrolled 71 patients with IRCt with A1, B8, DR3, A1B8 or xDR3 (A1DR3, B8DR3) who had been wait-listed for the Cuban National Renal Transplant program. The current average sensitivization percentages for each group of allelomorphs and for intervals of 1-10, 11-20, and more than 20 transfusions were calculated. A current average sensitivization percent age of up to 10 % was considered to be responsive. Both extreme responses matched within the interval of 11-20 transfusions, that is, non responsive values were found in patients whit A1B8(6,1 %) and xDR3 (0,0 %) allelomorphs, whereas those patients withB8 or DR3 allelomorphs showed significantly higher responsive values ( 52,5 % and 56,9 % respectively) for a lesser amount of transfusions. Less responsive patients corresponded, fundamentally, to those with allelomorphic combinations A188 and xDR3, with 11 to 20 transfusions. Responsiveness is generally associated to B8 and DR3 allelomorphs when the transfusion rate is less than 10. These results are in framing a transfusion protocol for patients waitlisted for transplantation by HLA type.
