To improve life quality and health’s community it is require to encourage on people the capacity of acting for their own health. In Cuba, elderly is a priority through the program for the aged. The impact of development and intervention project is presented, and constituted the territorial health program and environmental hygiene. Motivated by current situation in the oral health of the aged it was necessary departing from the educative diagnosis of elderly, to design an educative strategy in favour of dental health for the aged through health’s promoters related to them and equipped of educative tools with the objective to improve their oral hygienic health information besides, able to motivate and change attitudes in a transformation process from community. A significant social impact, opportune and feasible with great perspectives in the intellectual process of the gerontologic community, was achieved.
