Two male patients of seven and eight years-old are presented carriers of true splenic cysts, unfrequent diseasein childhood, which was accidentally discovered. Most of them are symptomless so, it could be remain until its diagnosis in a routine exam. The preoperative study could carry out through echography and tomography .The treatment always must be surgical, mainly partial splenectomy.
